The reality is, we've all been stressed and anxious in some point of our lives or possibly currently are! No matter what challenges we face, there is such things as healthy coping mechanisms for these emotional responses and in this episode, I tell how I personally manage my stress and anxiety. It's doesn't magically disappear over night but with time, effort, patience, and faith, it gets better :)!
