It can be very easy to get lost in the endless cycle of overthinking which keeps us trapped in a cycle of mental and emotional distress! In this podcast I elaborate on the concept of differing thoughts versus thinking and becoming conscious of our thoughts by observing them without judgment, and recognizing that thoughts are distinct from our true selves.
